Our Adjustable Bench is a must have for all home gyms. This versatile piece of equipment doubles as an Aerobic step and an at home Bench. It can be used both for step programs and weight training, sporting attachable leg extenders and the gas chamber allows you total control of the bench incline or decline.
The backboard of the bench has 4 ridges to place resistance bands for the ultimate at home resistance training. The attachable leg extenders are easily tucked underneath the bench when not in use to create a clutter free space for your workouts.
